Abstract Casein phosphopeptides, a kind of bioactive peptides with phosphoserine cluster, have many biological functions such as promoting the absorption of calcium, iron, zinc and other divalent minerals in human body, preventing caries and so on. This article mainly introduced the physiological function and application of casein phosphopeptides, and brieflfl y summarized the detection methods of CPPs.
